UK Delivery

The delivery costs below apply to parcels up to 30kg in weight. Extra charges will apply to larger orders.

FLAT RATE CHARGE: £4.99 on orders UP TO £75 to UK Mainland ONLY.

FREE UK DELIVERY: On orders OVER £75 to UK Mainland ONLY.

UK COURIERS: Smaller items are delivered using 3rd party delivery couriers (DPD, UPS, Royal mail etc) recorded delivery or special delivery.

Larger items are delivered using a door-to-door courier service.

DELIVERY TIMES: Items are shipped on a next day, insured and trackable service* if ordered before 12 NOON *delivery times can only be given as an estimate. Unfortunately, due to the fact that we use a 3rd party delivery courier delays can happen, this is unfortunately out of our control.

ACCEPTANCE: We are responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you and have been signed for. We only deliver goods to the address on the original order and goods will not be left without a signature. The customer is responsible for the goods when they have been signed for and accepted. After acceptance, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at the customer’s risk.
